A case where the patient wanted to be able to smile confidently. She was missing two teeth and had issues with spacing and misaligned teeth. We gave her a beautiful natural smile with short term braces, crowns and bridges.
Before: Patient wanted to have a perfect smile before her wedding. She was born without two of her upper teeth.
Temporary Crowns and Bridges: We discussed options and decided to do 6 Month Smiles to get the teeth in ideal position for crowns and bridges to give the illusion there are no missing teeth. Here the patient is in temporaries after orthodontics were completed.
A Brand New Smile: The patient was overjoyed with her new smile. Her final restorations match her natural teeth and she can smile confidently without anyone knowing she is missing two teeth.
This patient had fractured the porcelain off of his existing bridge and had decay along the teeth holding the bridge in. We removed the old metal and porcelain bridge, extracted two teeth that could not be fixed and made a new stronger bridge made completely from zirconia.

Temporary Bridge: Patient had 2 non-restorable teeth removed along with decay and was placed in a temporary bridge to heal.
A Brand New Smile: Brand new metal free bridge made out of zirconia.
