Every insurance plan is different. Coverage, deductibles, and network rules vary by carrier. While we do all we can to help you use your benefits, your plan is an agreement between you and your insurance company, and you are responsible for any remaining balance.

For just $115 per year, plan members receive 20% off our regular fees — helping make routine visits, preventive care, restorative treatment, and other dental services more manageable throughout the year.
